Environmental Considerations: Art prints are sensitive to environmental influences and may change or fade in appearance and color. To ensure their longevity, avoid exposing art prints to direct sunlight, placing them near heating appliances, or subjecting them to higher humidity than normal living room conditions. Art prints are unsuitable for external areas, cellars, bathrooms, or kitchens. Handle art prints carefully, using gloves or equivalent protection to prevent scratches and dirt.

Materials and Printing Process

Eco-Friendly Materials: Each artwork uses eco-friendly materials, including acid-free fine art paper, satin photo paper, and cotton canvas. These materials are resistant to oxidation, and the cotton-based paper is lignin-free and free from optical brighteners. The Giclée 12-color printing process ensures superior quality and long-lasting beauty.

Framing Recommendation: We recommend framing your art prints to ensure their preservation. Avoid touching the print surface to prevent contaminants from transferring and potentially scratching the print. We advise entrusting framing to an experienced professional.

Pricing, Taxes, and Shipping

Pricing Details: The prices of our art prints are displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. The online prices do not include sales tax and shipping costs, which will be added separately.

Order Process: The online shop displays products as a non-binding catalog. By clicking the "Add to Cart" button, your selected products are summarized in the order overview. After reviewing and confirming your order details, clicking "Checkout Now" and "Pay" constitutes an offer to purchase the listed products. We accept your request upon receipt and email an order and contract confirmation.

Delivery Time and Shipping: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. With our standard delivery service, your order will arrive in secure packaging within 15 days (after bee shipped). If your order contains items of different sizes, shipping will be based on the largest item. Prints are typically shipped within 1 to 7 days of purchase. We use government postal services. Rush delivery may be available at an additional charge and request at [email protected]. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information and the receipt/invoice will be sent once your order has been shipped. Please note that shipments to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional customs fees or import taxes.

Certain locations may have shipping restrictions due to legal or logistical limitations. We will inform you if we cannot ship to your location and reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders accordingly.

Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation Policy: Artwork prints are excluded from the right to cancellation/withdrawal as they are custom-produced to your specifications.

We want you to be satisfied with your art prints. Please note that art prints may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective. You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. The cancellation period lasts for 30 days from the day you receive your order.

Reproduction (copying), dissemination, leasing, public exhibition, or any other analog or digital use of the art print is not permitted without proper authorization.
